Postgress chat memory node does not fetch tools and invaild tools

Hey,

I am using postgres chat memory node for memory component in my AI Agent node. In there when I go to my pgadmin panel and I saw it does not fetch tool name called for the particular query, it always has a empty array and I can see there is a attribute called invalid tool call, it also having the same issue. Is someone face before me, or anyone know the problem behind this?
