I’m unable to pay for the n8n subscription. I tried several times, but my card payments were repeatedly declined, and after multiple attempts my card was temporarily blocked.
Could you please check whether there might be an issue on your side with payment processing for my account? I would also appreciate any alternative way to complete the payment or any recommendation
s on how to proceed.

Although before reaching out the billing desk here [email protected] consider trying a different payment method, PayPal, although paddle.com works in most countries but it is worth checking as n8n uses that to handle payments.
Hi @m.sapegina87 Welcome! that “Something went wrong” error on the Paddle checkout is usually a region or currency block on their end, not yoru card. Hit that green “Contact support” button directly in the error modal — it opens a ticket with n8n’s billing team who can generate a direct invoice link that bypasses Paddle’s checkout flow entirely.

No, unfortunately not yet.
I’m already writing to support. They told me to use the billing page, but nothing is working there on my side, so at this point I really don’t know what else to try.
I also think I may have been blocked because the system assumed it wasn’t my card.
But the problem is that I don’t see any alternative payment methods at all. I would gladly pay with Apple Pay, for example, but that option is not available for me.
Also, when I try to pay, a popup appears with a “Contact support” button, but the button itself is not clickable.
@m.sapegina87 does it show something like this card isn’t supported after inputting your card details? when that image pops up after putting your details a simple refreshing of the browser can help.
No, it doesn’t say that the card isn’t supported.
After I enter my card details, I get a generic “Something went wrong” error. I already tried refreshing the page, but unfortunately it didn’t help.
