Problems after switch from free trial zu starter plan

Hi everyone,

Until recently, I had the free trial version and created a project there and invited other users.

Each of us created credentials and shared them with the project and users while I had the free trial version.

Since I switched to the starter plan, the project is gone and we are all being told that we cannot share credentials.

According to the overview of the starter plan, this should be possible. However, I keep getting a message telling me to upgrade my plan.

What can/must I do to regain access to the project and credentials for everyone?

no, i have not raised a support ticket yet.
I am a complete novice and do not know how or where to create such a ticket or how to send a personal message. My research on support has all led me to conclude that I should contact the community here.
Therefore, I am grateful for any assistance.

Just to close the loop we updated and redeployed the instance and the project/credentials were restored.
