I hope you are doing well.
Our company recently subscribed to the Starter plan, and I am responsible for managing and operating n8n as part of our production workflows. While I am still in the onboarding and learning phase, a configuration mistake in one of our workflows caused it to run continuously, which unintentionally consumed the monthly execution limit in a short period of time.
n8n is currently a critical component of our operational processes, and reaching the execution limit is directly impacting our ability to continue essential work. Since it is still the beginning of the billing cycle, I would like to kindly ask if there is any possibility of reconsidering or resetting the execution limit for this month.
The issue has already been identified and fixed, and safeguards are being put in place to prevent this from happening again.
We truly value the platform and intend to continue using n8n as part of our production environment.
