Schedule trigger execute the workflow 3 times at same time (12.00 PM)

i have developed the workflow using schedule trigger, problem is that on define time schedule trigger excute the workflow 3 time.

this is my flow trigger is set to 12:00 PM so it should be execute at 12:00 PM but at 12:00PM it executes 3 times
