Self hosted business plan claims to support "SSO, SAML", but SSO screen demands enterprise license. Please advise

After signing up for Business plan free trial, and activating on my self hosted app, I am still unable to do anything on the SSO settings screen.

What is the error message (if any)?

  • Database (default: SQLite): Postgres
  • n8n EXECUTIONS_PROCESS setting (default: own, main):

  • Operating system: Linux

Could you please share a screenshot of your “Usage and plan” page in the settings?

Can you email [email protected] and the support team can take a look at your license. Did you restart n8n after applying your license?

Yes, I’ve restarted since activating the license (and I did set N8N_LICENSE_ACTIVATION_KEY). I’ve also confirmed that other Business plan features now work (e.g. storing data in S3).
