So, if I would like to setup a workflow where I watch a Github org, and want to see if it changes (member added, removed, blocked etc.), any clues on how I do that? Or examples?

That should be possible with the Github Trigger node. But only on a repository level and only if you are part of it (so can not just be a random one). Would that be the case for you?

- Yeah I have something setup with Github Trigger node - bur that does not cover my use case - and I think I need to figure out how to solve this. We have quite a big GitHub org. and i want to make sure that the right people are in it.
