Hi this is a real issue I have spent money upgrading and there is a glitch in your system. I’ve been experiencing significant issues with your system after purchasing the Cloud Starter plan for $28. Despite my upgrade, I’m unable to add admin users, and the workflow seems broken, leading to a frustrating experience. I’ve tried to navigate through the upgrade process multiple times, but it keeps directing me in circles without resolving the problem. I need access to my instance that I’ve paid for, and I’m requesting assistance to fix these issues promptly. Please help me get my account functioning as expected.
