Significant issues upgrading

Hi this is a real issue I have spent money upgrading and there is a glitch in your system. I’ve been experiencing significant issues with your system after purchasing the Cloud Starter plan for $28. Despite my upgrade, I’m unable to add admin users, and the workflow seems broken, leading to a frustrating experience. I’ve tried to navigate through the upgrade process multiple times, but it keeps directing me in circles without resolving the problem. I need access to my instance that I’ve paid for, and I’m requesting assistance to fix these issues promptly. Please help me get my account functioning as expected.

Did you see that a startup/starter plan has functionality to add admin users somewhere in the documentation? From what I see in your video as well as in the documentation I was able to find this functionality requires a Pro version.

Hope this clears up the question about the admin users (things are in fact functioning as expected).

It seems, in order to create new admin users, you need to subscribe to pro or enterprise plan.
