Test your knowledge - doesn't send confirmation mail

Hi, I’m trying to get a knowledge test, but I can’t get a confirmation email. I’ve tried with different email addresses (also with the one I use on this forum), but nothing happened. What else can I do?

@Marcin79 Please check your spam/junk folder and make sure the email address is entered correctly. If you still don’t receive it, try resending after a few minutes or using another network. If the issue persists, contact support to verify your email manually.

Thx for the answer. Of course, I did everything you mentioned. I did it before creating this post. I thought that maybe there are some additional requirements which need to be met to get access to the test. But apparently there is no additional things.

you mean this one which came before .app.n8n.cloud? If yes, my id is: marcin79

@Marcin79 my bad, bro I didn’t understand the issue correctly. I thought it was for the n8n course. Can you elaborate on your exact issue more, please?

It’s alive. It wasn’t the case that I need to put anything from the mail. I had to insert there my unique ID - which you asked about :man_facepalming:
