Since joining I have made some updates behind the scenes to the systems that power our two text courses. These updates will help resolve the issues that you have been facing.
Badge Missing
If you have completed the course prior to the last week and your badge is missing then you can reverify by going to the following URLs.
I’ve checked the URL to very the level 1 course results and it seems that I passed the test. However, the result says “Course Incomplete” while saying that I got 85% on theory and 89% on workflow.

Could you please check why the badge has not been issued ?
I’ve completed the course, but when I tried to verify using my email at the provided URL (https://internal.users.n8n.cloud/webhook/course-level-1/verify), it didn’t work. I made sure the email addresses for the course and my forum registration match, as you noted.

I have faced the same issue mentioned above, checker still repliess incomplete & no badge under my account. (although I have a level1 badge msg in my forum notifications). Am I missing something ?
I messed up a boolean check with the level 1 verification system. It’s been fixed. So if your progress showed all green and still incomplete, try the verify again and it’ll go through.
I checked the system and there doesn’t appear to be a registration for your email address registered on the forums. Id suggest registering for the course again.
