Unable to upgrade to Business Startup license

I’ve sent about 5 emails to [email protected] about this over past weeks with no response at all - so maybe the community forum can help.

I’ve purchased the startup business license of n8n, but can’t seem to get it to trigger after following the instructions?

I’d like to use this, and happy to pay for it, but not able to get it to work. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you @samdev ! Yes, I attempted to follow the instructions, including adding my custom product license key as a variable in my environment, but nothing has changed:


@bmflowers Can you check if email address which you are using in your n8n account is same which you have used to buy business plan?

You can also check if you are admin or owner or n8n acccount

I can see there is separate option to login when you need to manage billing
