Webhook not working while using N8N Forms to make calls via Retell! (Please help)

Hi guys,

I have made a workflow where i make calls via retell api through n8n using a n8n form to be filled by the user.

There is another webhook workflow which takes the call data and records it.

Its working fine when i am using either a test call or making a call manually via Retell.

But when i use n8n to make api call to retell to make call, the call data is not sent to my other webhook and its just not receiving the data.

I have tried a lot of things, please help!

Dear @Ansh_Sharma.

Instead of webhook why don’t you try

This way in the first workflow you can use this.

And in the second workflow start it by

This way, instead of relaying on webhook, your one workflow, can directly send information to other workflow.

Greetings @kuldip_parmar Sir,

I used what you said, i put the execute sub workflow after my 1st one.
It sends the info to the 2nd workflow.

The problem is that it send “call registered” info whereas i need call analyzed info.

Dear @Ansh_Sharma , Everything is looking good. As it’s working inside mine workflow.

Can you please check inside Retell, as may be that where the problem as.

May be you have to setup the webhook note inside Retell again.
