What happened to N8N

They have virtually no customer support anymore. Their marketing email bounces back as undeliverable and their affiliate form doesn’t work. Don’t you think that an important value in the company is customer support?

Applied to their affiliate program, form has been broken for over a month (just gives generic errors saying try again later. Then, their emails to the marketing department (listed on their site) bounces back as undeliverable

I think thus programs like “Ambasador” or any kind of affiliate it has to be announced first before opening (is not a 24/7 service)…

So “spamming” some mailboxes that are not intended to “listen” … may seem obvious.

The only thing I think you first can became a “creator” and them maybe think on other statutes.

Maybe I am wrong, but I read in announcements somewhere….

Regarding the affiliate program. I can confirm that, sadly, after I tested it myself. I reported internally.

Sadly, I have to confirm that user support is currently not at a level where I would like to see it. The team is working hard and is super dedicated but because of the explosive growth this year, we are still struggling. Very sorry for that! We are working hard on improving that.

Hi @Mike_Volkin I tried the application form and it’s working. Maybe you had already applied when trying to submit the application? Partnerstack is not great at saying what the error is. With all due respect, your response makes no sense. What do you mean spamming their inbox? I literally wrote them one email from an addressthat’s listed on their website. And your response on the affiliate program didn’t make much sense either. The form literally does not work. I’ve tried four times and there’s nobody that will help. I don’t need an explanation of what an affiliate program is.

The issue with the the email address got fixed now. Thanks a lot for flagging!

Regarding the form. Can you please share what you are actually getting displayed when you submit the form? That will then help us to identify the problem. Best by writing to the now functioning email address. It seems that it did not work for me because I tested (stupidly) with my n8n email address.

Thanks Mike. Looks like you’re part of our affiliate program since June 2025, that’s probably why the application form was not working. I already shared more details via email. Happy holidays!
