What issue with Trigger at hour in Schedule node? (ver 1.83.1)

I’m using version 1.83.1 n8n. Is there any issue with Schedule trigger node in this version, Trigger at hour?
In this screenshot, there is no droplist to select hour as expectation?

I tried the fixed value (9) or expression with {{ 9 }} or custom cron but all don’t work.
What should I do to fix it?

just installed next version (1.83.2) and there is no issues with the node
