HELLO. i got a problem with creating my credential for wordpress. i gave the correct username, also tried with the email adress, i inserted the password for app’s i created in my wordpress AND i inserted my wordpress url. i also activated 2FA auth as suggested by the ai help node, yet when i click save, it says it didnt work as “FORBIDDEN”. i dont have any idea what is the problem at the moment please help

In my wordpress node connection I used my username and I setup an application password as per WordPress credentials | n8n Docs

NOTE → I did NOT enable 2FA (two step) and this documentation reads old IMO WordPress credentials | n8n Docs

NOTE #2 If you have 3rd party apps like wordfence etc it will dissable this “application password” feature. Also if you have apps/plugins for security make sure your not killing the Wordpress API

Yes seems being blocked, I think u said ure using an application password and not normal pass, can u connect to API outside n8n? maybe check with hosting provider too, I use siteground with wordfence, connected all okay :confused: hope you get resolved
