I’ve created a few workflows, and they’ve been working perfectly beforehand. However, now they are not functioning properly. I get the error message:
"Workflow could not be activated: External hook “workflow.activate"failed”
I have tried logging in and out, deleting cache. I have less than 2 workflows active so that shouldn’t be the problem.
The workflow was working fine before. I also tried copying the old workflow which was working.

Even gives the same error when just using a manual trigger. Very strange.
The same issue appears to have been reported here . One of the comments on that ticket suggests restarting the (cloud) instance (workspace). Did you try that here ?

This was likely a case of hitting the instance’s max active workflows limit.
If you upgrade to the latest version, the error should be clearer.
