Workflow running forever

I recently installed n8n on my domain and all the workflows run forever. It doesn´t matter wich trigger I select, it does the same. I tried with “Trigger manually” and “On form submission” but is the same.

What message do you get in your logs when this happens?

There is no message. I have the same issue.
The Test workflow is just hanging forever with the spinner. Please check my earlier post on this same topic.
