Workflow stuck in executing state - Cannot deactivate (524 timeout)"

Workflow ID: JLgeIQwp9DBHkRU4

Hey :waving_hand: @beyzadem !

Self-hosted or Cloud version?

In self-hosted iff a workfflow is stuck and cannot be deactivated, you may need to permanently delete it from the workflow page(archive, then you can delete it permanently) or :

-Open your workflow in the n8n Editor.

-Click the three dots in the upper-right corner.

-Select Settings.

-In the settings modal, look for the Timeout Workflow option.

(or set a global variable EXECUTIONS_TIMEOUT_MAX that can be set seconds, minutes etc.)

For the Cloud version, I think it handle that by itself to cancel the execution.

Hi Parintele_Damaskin, thanks for your reply.

It is cloud version. I can’t save, deactive or archive my workflow. It is giving the same error for more than a day. It doesn’t work. :frowning:
