Workspace Offline + Magic Link Not Arriving + No Owner Login (Urgent)

Hi,
I’m unable to access my n8n Cloud workspace and need urgent help.

When I visit the workspace, I get a 404 – No workspace here message.
From there I go to the admin panel, enter the owner email, and request a magic sign-in link, but no email ever arrives.

I checked:

  • Inbox

  • Spam

  • All mail folders

  • Server-level logs

There is zero trace of any email from n8n.
I’m not fully sure which email the workspace was created with, so if the owner email is wrong, I have no way to recover access.

The workspace was probably suspended after the trial/subscription ended, but I can’t log in to fix billing.

What I need

  1. Verify the correct owner email

  2. Help me get a working login link

  3. Reactivate the workspace so I can manage paymen
