Zammad integration - ticket update function


I’m just starting to discover n8n for myself and so far I’m quite impressed.

Now I wanted to try out a few integrations and unfortunately I’m already reaching my limits. I’m trying to update an existing ticket with the Zammad integration.
Unfortunately, updating tickets is not offered at all. For other ticket systems there is the possibility to update tickets.

Does anyone here know whether I’m just blind or whether an update function really doesn’t exist at all?

Yep, seems there is no such a method. You can try to use the HTTP Request node and access the API directly with the same credentials.
