Allow admins (or new role) to upgrade n8n rather than limit it to just the owner

The idea is:

Allow admins (or create new group/permission) to update n8n version

My use case:

We use SSO across multiple instances (Cloud Hosted, Enterprise) and as such can’t use the same owner email for each instance. As only the owner can update the n8n version, we have to use password login every time we need to upgrade n8n.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

It makes admin easier.

I figured this should have been requested several times and updates several times already; but I’m all for it. – Very limiting.
