Blank screen after login after workspace is restarting

Describe the problem/error/question

I am currently testing through the trial version and received the “Your workspace is restarting and offline” message, then it turned to a blank screen.
I cleared all cache data, closed all windows, tried to log in again, but still only see a blank screen. Cannot access anything in my workspace.
The URL that I’m stuck on is: https://[acc_name].app.n8n.cloud/signin

Is there a way to solve this issue?

try hard refreshing your browser - hit ctrl+shift+r (or cmd+shift+r on mac) to clear the browser cache and reload the page. if that doesnt work, try a different browser or an incognito/private window to rule out any cached auth issues. also worth checking if theres a status page update at https://status.n8n.io/ in case theres an actual incident going on with the cloud instance. lmk if either of those gets you past the blank screen

Unfortunately there is no reliable client-side workaround for this.
When a n8n Cloud workspace gets stuck after a restart, the UI may load but authentication never completes, resulting in a blank screen.

As a last check, you can try forcing a logout by navigating to the n8n Cloud landing page (not the /signin URL) and then attempting to sign in again, or waiting 15–30 minutes in case the restart completes automatically.
If the issue persists, the workspace needs to be manually restarted or reprovisioned by n8n Cloud support.

Thanks, @tamy.santos. I tried force-logging out multiple times, but I always end up on a blank screen. @aya would you or anyone on your team be able to restart my workspace manually?
