Can't find n8n API in Settings

Describe the problem/error/question

Hi! I am trying to locate the n8n public rest API as stated in the documentation.

  1. Log in to n8n.
  2. Go to Settings > n8n API.
  3. Select Create an API key.
  4. Copy My API Key and use this key to authenticate your calls.

but I can’t find the “n8n API” section, it does not appear in my profile or at leats I cannot manage to find it.

Could it be because my current plan is the free trial for the cloud version of n8n?
