The idea is:

Allow community member to vote on replies to a question, so that the best answer is at the top of a thread

My use case:

I had the issue "Access blocked: hstgr.cloud has not completed the Google verification process". I found the solution to the issue in old questions. The best solution was all the way at the bottom. My suggestion is to allow community members to vote on best answer and show that at the top of the thread, so that community members can find answers faster.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

+1, very nice idea :ok_hand: . I like it, like the Reddit system, so we don’t need to read all the replies, even though we’ll lose the time-based structure, since n8n currently orders responses by time (the first to reply appears first).

I think the “top” answer mechanism here is the checkmark to the solution(and further easily found trough anchors in linking)… And sometimes is correct since it “satisfies” the OP question(even if maybe is not “technically” correct form another opinion)…

But yea, the solution to be pinned at the top of the question, why not, but anyway if the post has a solution marked, the Interlink is under the post/question of the user that started that.

Yes, I had the idea when i was browsing this issue: Google OAuth - Access Blocked Error .

The latest screenshot that helps you solve the issue is all the way at the bottom of the thread.

This is another “issue”… the user that created the post, should mark the answer as solution, and after that you can find under his question the innerlink to the answer to avoid scrolling down.

So… Don’tknowif this vote will be ever get implemented.
