Hey! I am having trouble connecting my n8n workflow to Google Docs. I continue to get this error every time:

This error appears right after linking the credential, clicking “Sign In With Google”, selecting my account, and hitting “allow.”

This appears under more details: {“error”:“redirect_uri_mismatch”,“error_description”:“Bad Request”}

I’ve tried multiple different things to problem solve. I’ve deleted and re-created the credential. I’ve deleted and re-made the client in Google Console. I’ve deleted and re-picked my scopes. I’ve tried asking both Chat and Claude. Any insight would be SUPER helpful. Thank you so much!

Have you had it working before or with other Google services?

Which version of n8n are you running?

Hey! I have never had google docs working before but I use sheets and Drive all the time no issue. Online

Best way forward is to update your n8n instance to the newest stable version.

That can be done here: n8n.cloud

After it has updated, retry getting the credentials working

YOU MY FRIEND ARE AMAZING! I cannot believe it was that simple and I missed it. I thought I had updated the workspace before when I restarted. Truly, thank you haha
