Hi,my workflow template submission has been stuck in AI review for days in the Creator Portal. The “Share new template” button is
greyed out, blocking me from submitting any new templates while this
one is pending.
Is there a way to manually clear a stuck AI review, or can someone
from the n8n team unblock it?
Context: I’m the creator of the verified RelayShield node
(n8n-nodes-relayshield). The blocked
template is a breach monitoring
workflow I submitted previously.

Had this happen to me as well. Discord #node-creators is good but response time can vary. From experience, the fastest path is emailing support@n8n.io directly and mentioning you’re a Verified Creator - include your template submission URL and your creator account email. The team can manually push it through or reset the review queue. While waiting, you can also try duplicating the stuck submission and submitting a fresh copy, which sometimes kicks off a new review cycle - though that’s hit or miss.
Thank you very much for your reply. Someone else also recommended their support and help email accounts. I messaged them earlier. I asked their AI support to put me in touch with someone from the Support organization. That person is going to put me in touch with someone from the template team. I will check if its possible to duplicate the stuck submission. I also want to submit another template that was tied to your previous offboarding idea.
