If I had a spare vote I would also pop one on this, Something like cmd / ctrl + e would do the job and of course a cmd / ctrl + shift + c to cancel / stop.

Makes a lot of sense! We’re also internally having talks about shortcuts generally as we’d like to ensure any new ones are consistent and discoverable.
On that note, community folks please do let us know here what specific shortcut would be most intuitive for you for “Execute workflow” action.
