As OpenAI introduced GPT-4 Turbo model in their DevDay, would you add support for it in the OpenAI node? Currently, a preview version is available

there is currently only the preview version available at OpenAI, if your account has permission to see the models, they will automatically show up in the node.

@RedPacketSec Yes, you’re correct. It wasn’t yet populated when I wrote this request. So, are the supported models pulled automatically from the account?
