I’m having a similar issue. For me, the HubSpot Trigger never fires automatically when the event happens unless I first click “Execute Node” and then manually create the event (e.g., create a company) in HubSpot while it’s listening.
Once I stop executing the workflow manually and leave it in Active mode, no events from HubSpot seem to trigger it anymore.
