I built an n8n work-time tracking system for my Żabka store. It’s been running for 3 months.

I run a Żabka convenience store in Poland, and one of the repetitive tasks I wanted to simplify was tracking employee working hours. I built a system using n8n, Telegram and Google Sheets, and six employees have been using it for about three months. They can register the start and end of their shifts, access schedule information and handle corrections. If incorrect information is entered, the workflow stops the process until the issue is corrected and sends notifications to both the employee and me. Schedules are still prepared manually because staffing changes, but the system stores the information and helps organize it. I didn’t build everything at once. I started with the logic, tested it, found problems and gradually improved the workflow. The result is less repetitive administrative work and better visibility into daily store operations. I haven’t measured the exact time saved, but the difference in my daily workload is noticeable. This is a real system used in my business, not a demonstration project. It’s part of my broader GORODOCKIY AI work. I’m interested in how others handle employee time tracking and validation in n8n.
