Hello @Marcy_Mierwaldt,
community nodes for n8n cloud are not fully available. Until recently, they weren’t entirely available.
There was an advance of this feature at the end of May and some nodes are available, here is the update article:
Thank you very much! But should I then not be able to access the 25 nodes that have already been verified?
I am fighting with the same issue and believe there is a backend bug that needs to be manually fixed by tech support. I am waiting on a response to the ticket and would be happy to update you when I find the solution if you are still fighting with it!
that would be amazing, thank you so much!
Hey seajay88, I’m having the same issue over here. This is crazy - there’s no button to even add a new node. Have you heard anything in your search for an answer?
Hey @mg_brent there is no button, because all verified nodes can be added directly from the nodes panel. Same please where all the nodes are.
Oh I see what you are saying now… This one is listed in my “community nodes” tab on admin because I’m making use of that community node, but all nodes are available in the editor once you turn on the community nodes switch in the cloud admin settings. Correct?
It depends. You are in the right place to see installed verified nodes, but not in the right place to see other verified nodes.
All nodes you can use or install and then use are in the nodes panel above. When you install a verified community node it will show up under the community nodes as installed - just like the firecrawl node on your last screenshot.
Thanks for your help and clarification.
One other thing to note is, and I want to make you know that, because it is important - there are also unverified community nodes, which one can only install when running a self-hosted instance of n8n. Because the code of such nodes is not vetted by n8n, it is not available on the cloud instances.
Most of the time this is where the confusion is coming from, since in the self-hosted n8n instance there IS a button where you expected it to be (under community nodes in Settings), which can be used to install unverified nodes in self-hosted version.
