I am having issues accessing my account i have purchased, the key that was sent to me to access my account says it has already been used but i never used it with my account

I suppose you are on the Cloud version… did you contact the support team by email(officially) ? You can do it at [email protected] . Be sure to include your cloud workspace url.
The best thing to do is reach out to support ([email protected]) with details of your subscription and screenshots clearly showing the issue you are having (be sure to keep the URLs in the screenshots too.)
