Seems like Intercom is broken somehow… I believe I put in the correct credentials
Hey, @pedrocacho looks like there is an issue with the credentials.
could you change the name, save it and then try again?
That was left over from another one I believe. I entered the credentials with a unique name and valid key from Intercom
ok, @pedrocacho found the issue. It looks like in the new version of the API deprecated the resource users and now is called contacts as you can see below:
In order to make it work you gotta select the previous version of the API when creating the access token as you can see in the picture. Select the 1.4.
With that change, everything should work just fine.
