n8n team and community,
I recently upgraded my account from the n8n Cloud Trial to the Basic Plan, and after this change, all my previously created workflows now appear as completely empty or blank in the editor.
These workflows were created and working perfectly during the trial period. I haven’t deleted anything or made any structural changes — I simply switched the subscription. I’ve already tried:
- Logging out and back in.
- Testing in incognito mode and in other browsers.
- Creating a new workflow (which works fine and is saved normally).
So it seems the issue is isolated to the workflows created during the trial.
Could this be due to:
- A different workspace or environment in use during the trial?
- Limitations or syncing issues after the downgrade?
- Permissions or feature restrictions affecting visibility?
What is the error message (if any)?
