Monthly executions: Over the limit

Hi team, I left a workflow published, on a 50 second schedule (since friday), thinking that only a completed workflow will count towards our monthly execution allotment. The workflow in question will stop after the second node is run because there is no output/0 items.

This is either a bug or I have misunderstood what actually is counted towards the monthly allotment, I need to reach out to someone (accounts, billing, support team) to reset my monthly allotment or assist further.
