N8n Cloud Instance Down for 48h (Continuous 503/502 Errors)

Hello n8n ,

My n8n Cloud instance has been completely down for 48 hours and I cannot access:

  • the editor (always loading forever)

  • any workflows

  • the API

  • /rest/ endpoints

  • manual executions

  • triggers

  • webhooks

I receive continuous 503 and 502 errors, and the server restarts repeatedly.
The Cloud dashboard shows my instance as “Online”, but it’s not accessible at all.

I contacted support multiple times, but I only receive AI-generated responses and still no human follow-up.
This outage blocks my automations and my business operations.

no , still 48hours now , with 10 emails for support , and still no human follow-up.

Can you try login with the this MAGIC link, and ffom there, open Admin Dashboard to restart or manage the instance.

If this is not working, you have a workflow with some loop maybe that spike memory… give it a try.

i tried that , but same problem , i hope just support answer to my emails , 3 days now and NO ANSWER
