Since you don’t get anything in mail from the magic link form, you have to contact directly support, or maybe someone will get you you here…
any idea how to get to support faster? We emailed them yesterday, adn they still haven’t gotten back

Thanks for reaching out. I just took a quick look at the support threads. If its been over 90 days since the trial then the instance is deleted I’m afraid - you won’t be able to sign in to it.
I see you created a new instance using the same email address yesterday. Is everything ok with the new instance?

Yes I created a new instance using the same email but lost my old workflows. I know its my fault for not having downloaded them but I was hoping you could retrieve them somehow.
I’m afraid its outside of the window for retrieving the backups too - I did check just in case anything remained but unfortunately not.
