Hi everyone,
I’m having trouble accessing my n8n Cloud account and could really use some help from the community.
I’m trying to log in using the magic link, but the email is not being delivered at all.
Email used: [email protected]
Workspace URL: letsgrowth.app.n8n.cloud
Because I can’t log in, I’m also unable to renew or reactivate my subscription, even though I want to continue using n8n Cloud.
What I’ve already checked:
- Spam / junk folder
- Promotions tab
- Multiple login attempts with time in between
- Confirmed the email address is correct
So far, the magic link never arrives.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Is there any known issue with magic link delivery or account renewal that I should check?
Any workaround or admin-side action I can try while waiting for official support?
