Problem running workflow – Lost connection to the server"

Hi, I’m on n8n Cloud and since yesterday I keep getting “Problem running workflow – Lost connection to the server” on every execution attempt. My instance URL is onearthly.app.n8n.cloud. I’ve tried different browsers and networks, the issue persists. Can you please check/restart my instance? Thanks.

first i would say you should try restarting your instance, also if that does not appear to be as an option consider using a magc link:

Also this is a cloud related problem so if the issue persists even after all this there is not much left which you can do on your client side, after all this i recommend reaching out at [email protected] so that they could take a closer look at your instance.

it doesn t work, i tried to do that, but the problem continnues

I had experienced a similar issue and found out that Chrome had not been updating for a while. Re-installed Chrome fixed my issue
