Hi everyone,
I’m currently using the Cloud Starter plan and ran into a major issue. While testing a new automation, I accidentally created a technical loop that I couldn’t stop in time.
The workflow consumed my entire monthly quota of 2,500 executions in a very short window. Since n8n execution limits reset on the 1st of the month, my workspace is now paused until April 1st.
I have already identified the logic error and disabled the workflow to prevent this from recurring. I also sent an email to [email protected], and they mentioned that the support team will review my case, but I am still waiting for a follow-up.
I would greatly appreciate a one-time courtesy reset so I can resume my other active production workflows while I wait for the official support review.
