I have sync’d your quiz results, however you have not passed this time. Please make sure you select all the correct answers for the theory and the workflows you completed during the course will give you the data you need for those answers.
Would it be possible to create categories here in the community for the topic of level 1 and level 2 courses? I see that we receive many questions related to this every day, and it would be easier for you to respond.
I am having this same issue. I have been working on this for 4 days. I need these certs for some projects I will be working on in the near future. My unique ID is dc9ac8d58e937213e5ec36492f0ce99e . I have taken the course level 1 quiz many times and have yet to recieve any email responses on if I have passed or not. Can someone please help me?

It says it is incomplete but I’ve completed my test and workflows so many times. I do not receive and email upon completion. I think there may be a bug with my account.

I haven’t been given my badge. Is there any way I can get a new unique ID and retry this because I don’t think it is registering that I have taken the test.

I took the tests multiple times, I am sure I changed my answers . But everytime, I get a standard email with the same score…!!
Anyone else facing this problem?
I’ve been there too, but believe me, it’s possible to reach 80%!
Tip: Pay attention to multiple-answer questions. All three statements may be correct.

But my problem is, whatever answer I give, the score is bloody 69% all the time, which doesnt makes sense
