Schedule Trigger Node: Add Timezone Setting

The idea is:

Enhance the Schedule Trigger node by introducing an additional “Trigger Rule” that explicitly allows users to set or confirm the Timezone.

I think it would be beneficial to add this because:

My workflow didn’t trigger as scheduled. After inspection, I realized the default Timezone was America/New_York (UTC-04:00). Making the Timezone configurable would help avoid such issues by drawing the user’s attention before scheduling errors occur.
