Urgent: Execution Limit Reset Not Applied and Production Workflows Down

Last week, we received a notification that our Pro 1 plan execution limit (10,000) had been reached. After investigating, we discovered this was caused by a rogue webhook that was triggering multiple executions per minute. We have since disabled and removed that workflow.

When we replied to the AI assistant, it informed us that we were eligible for a one‑time reset of our monthly executions. We requested that the reset be applied, and we truly appreciated that option. However, it has now been four days, and despite multiple follow‑ups, the reset has still not been applied. As a result, our production workflows are currently down.

We do not need a higher‑tier license, as we are confident that our normal usage will remain well below the 10,000‑execution monthly limit. Given that this is now impacting production, could our ticket T-36520 please be escalated urgently?

Update - As a one off courtesy the execution count has been reset. I’ll also respond to the ticket

I am having the same issue - all my workflows went down 1 week ago due to rogue webhook - no one human has gotten back to me - I have raised multiple tickets and just get the bot response. Frustrating as hell.
