Worskpace cleared?

I’m not sure if anyone else has encountered this issue (or if ‘support’ will see this message and be able to provide a response).
The credit card used to purchase the subscription (Starter plan) was stolen.
The monthly payment could not be processed and our workspace was deactivated. As soon as our workflows stopped working, we realised what had happened and updated our payment details.
The workspace has been reactivated, but all the content has disappeared… We had several workflows in progress and dozens of hours of work on them.
I contacted support by email a week ago and have followed up several times, but I still haven’t received any replies…
Does anyone have any ideas?

The recommended way to contact n8n support is via [email protected], If you’ve already emailed them, it’s worth following up with those details. Since this looks like a potential data loss issue, I suggest clearly mentioning that in your message to help prioritize it.
I hope they’re able to recover your data.

Hi @Tum_Acc Let me clarify something, if your workspace (not paid) for over 90 days then there is almost nothing the support team can do. Read this:

I’ve already done that, but I still haven’t heard back after a week. That’s why I tried contacting them here (and to see if there are any solutions…)

As I mentioned, we have indeed been on a paid plan (Starter package) for several months now.
What’s more, the workspace was deactivated about 10 days ago. So we’re nowhere near the 90-day mark… I really hope we can get everything back !

@Tum_Acc you should contact n8n support is via [email protected], you receive a response from the chatbot. Then tell the chat bot you want to interact with a human support, someone confirmed this method worked for him.
