[Cloud Starter] New workspace stuck after purchase (provisioning/offline)

My Cloud Instance was ERROR,Can’t Run!!! Please Help!
STUN FOR 3 Days.
My n8n instance is still failing to start, even after adjusting the time zone and node settings. I just registered and paid for the starter plan, but the instance has been stuck for two days. I hope I can get some help. Thank you!
I have sent two emails to [email protected] asking them to contact customer service to help me resolve the issue, but after three days, there has been no effect.
