Describe the issue/error/question

I subscribe for n8n cloud starter plan and the workspace is offline, I tried to restart several times without success

What is the error message (if any)?

Currently offline when I log in.
When I try to restart → Successfully triggered restart. Your instance is restarting → Currently in progress → then currently offline

Hi folks, Mike from the n8n Cloud team here. Thanks for sharing this with us! I’m so sorry for the trouble. We identified an issue for which a fix is now in place, but I acknowledge you might still have gotten bitten by this.

Earlier this week, our cloud provider seems to have rolled out an update that is causing intermittent connectivity issues at scale (not just us, unfortunately). We have for now escalated this with them, as well as implemented workarounds that should fix the issues for creating and updating n8n Cloud instances. For the most part instances would still have become online, but their status wouldn’t be displayed properly on the n8n Cloud dashboard.

The latest fixes were applied yesterday at around 1PM CET and we’re keeping an eye on things to make sure nobody else would get affected by it.

I just subscribed to the cloud starter plan a few minutes ago and have the same issue. Can’t access the workspace at all

same here. paid yesterday. can’t open workspace despite restarting. need it urgently. not happy.

Hi Mike. I’ve got the same issue as with others that are posted since your update that it was fixed yesterday. The support ticket says to be patient because of high volumes, is there any chance you can get us an update for sooner as this is having a pretty impact being unable to access the system?

Just paid for an n8n account yesterday and am having this same issue. I didn’t even get a welcome email, just a receipt. I hope it gets fixed soon bc as of now 9:30am PST its still not accessible. Glad to know its not just me tho

Thanks again for reaching out! Yesterday we identified and brought back some more instances that were left in an unfinished state. Everything and everyone – including all of your Cloud instances – should be working beautifully again. My apologies, and thanks for your patience.
