Sometime the email goes fine
and credential for smtp are same
But sometime even all sending mail function dont work no matter used Amazon SES and Gmail both.
So its very strange bug like or not sure why its happening that same credential stops working after a while and that too just after 2-3 test email tested not even any lots of emails 2-3 only.
Hi, your auth credentials won’t be transferred, but the fields will. So you can scrub that. If you’re unsure, you can send an overview screenshot. I’ll try to help.
As I mentioned earlier the SES and Gmail credentials are same but sometime email wont go
and the other time it will go
Sometime the same part dont work to send email . no error shown . only node executed success msg comes > email never send out.
Happening with both Gmail and SES so I am not sure if cloud interface have any such firewall level restrictions or something else As I never have credential issues. And 2 different email platforms used and only after 2-3 times test check is done it stops working and then dont works for few hrs.
No solution yet. I mean if this is how you deal service support, your own staff may be also not having time to reply. I mean I am not sure as a new user to whom to connect for support.
