Executions not showing in latest version 0.216.1

Describe the issue/error/question

I updated the version to 0.216.1 and couldn’t see executions after update and I changed the version back to 0.214.3 and could see execution again in UI

What is the error message (if any)?

How are you running n8n? When you went to the execution page were there any errors in the browsers console or the n8n log console?

no the execution page is blank without errors, I am running the workflow by enabling
active switch on top right corner of the workflow.

Ah sorry by running n8n it is the bottom question of the template which was skipped, Are you using n8n desktop, cloud, docker, npm?

While the page is blank did you also check the browser console and the n8n console?

n8n in aks, I updated the image to latest now and execution showing as expected.
