I have one of my accounts which was a trail account and right now its showing no workspace when i try to login , and the bad part is i dont have access to that mail box , how can i recover that because i have an important automation in that account

Is your workspace cloud or self-hosted? ’

If its cloud, you can contact [email protected] and see if they can help.

If it’s self-hosted, I’ll do some research for you, I’m not currently sure.

Hi @Hadi_Amin Welcome! Consider reaching out to the support team [email protected] and give them proof that it was actually your instance and you owned it at some point, what i would consider is that try to get that mail box cause blindly it is hard to trust for n8n team. Consider getting that mail if you cannot do that try to fetch as many proofs as you have and then reach out to n8n support team.
