For the past two days I’ve been trying to access my workflow and restart my subscription, but n8n won’t let me in. Every time I try to log in, I get redirected to a 404 page saying that my subscription isn’t active. The problem is that it doesn’t give me any option to renew or restart the payment.
I’ve tried Chrome (my primary browser), Safari, and even incognito mode, but the result is always the same — straight to a 404 page.
Can anyone please help me figure out what’s going on? Thanks!
On app.n8n.cloud/login, I also get a 404 error if I type an incorrect workspace name. Did you double-check that your workspace name is correct?
You should be able to find it in your inbox — the email is titled “Welcome to n8n!” (at least that’s how it appears for me).
Regarding the magic link: I didn’t need to enter my workspace name at all — it detected it automatically. Is it possible that your account was removed in some way ?
Not sure how to help more, I guess the n8n support is the solution.
Yes, I just checked the welcome email and I can see that my username is correct. But when I click the link to access my workspace, I get a 404 error with no option to renew the subscription. It only offers “open admin panel” to send a magic link, but when I request it, no email ever arrives.
